Incomplete package, eBay refuses the refund
I ordered 5 miniatures from a seller. In the package I received, one was missing. I contacted him, thinking that in all good faith, he had unintentionally forgotten to include it in the shipment. At the end of his confused explanations, he called me a scammer. And what saddens me the most is that eBay condones this kind of practice by refusing to issue a refund. Pathetic.

Mentor1 year agoYou did open a dispute for item not as described if the purchase was a lot, or a dispute for item not received if there were 5 different purchases?
Since the seller was given a nice tomato, I think the negotiation is over..
