Package never received
I ordered an auto part as an eBay guest and not with my account, the package in question never arrived at my place, they say that I refused the package, which is false, and I don't know how to get a refund, impossible to contact the seller for the refund. Thanks for your replies

But be careful...this help can only be used during the 30 days following the presumed delivery date.
After that date; the site will do nothing for you.
