Parcel never received – contradictory DHL/La Poste tracking – eBay dispute blocked

Order placed on 25/05/2026 for 210.07 USD. Delivery expected between July 6 and 28, but I still haven't received anything. The DHL eCommerce and La Poste tracking is contradictory and no one can locate the package. The eBay dispute is blocked until August 14. I would like to get a refund and know how to contest this situation.

you depend on ebay.com customer service and their forum.

Contact them directly.
