Parcel delivered to the customer but not seen by eBay

Hello everyone,
I’d like to know a solution for getting eBay to release a payment.
Let me explain: I made a sale that went well, the package was delivered to the recipient, but I used the carrier "relais colis" which is not one of the carriers known by eBay (I assume, since it isn’t offered when we have to enter the tracking info).
Have any of you ever had this problem and do you know how I can get the situation unstuck?

As an occasional seller, you’ll need to wait for the maximum period for funds to be released:
