Package delivered, but the buyer says they didn’t receive it.
Summary: fragrance63 explains that they sent a parcel via Mondial Relay which, according to the website, was received by the buyer, although the buyer claims not to have received it. They are having trouble communicating with the relay point shop, where the parcel was supposedly handed over against an ID. lingma85 advises scanning the parcel tracking information to include it in the response to the open dispute, and points out that it is unlikely the relay point made a mistake without being able to read a code or an ID.
On their website, the parcel was indeed received by the buyer, but they are telling me they didn't receive it.... What should I do?
When I call the pickup point store, I can barely understand the person, who doesn't speak French very well.... But apparently I understood that they handed over the parcel against an ID card.
What can I do knowing that the buyer has opened a dispute as well? Thanks

Mentor4 months agoGood evening @fragrance63
At pickup points, parcels are handed over upon presentation of an ID and/or a code...
- if the parcel shows that a pickup was made... it will be difficult for your buyer to dispute it...
Make a scan of your parcel tracking to include in the response you have to make to the open dispute and wait for the next steps...
On the other hand, it may also be that the people at the pickup point have trouble reading an ID or a name.... ( but that is not your responsibility and you are not responsible for it...)... but not being able to read a code seems a bit much...!!!
Best regards
