Missing package
I bought a pack that includes a crankshaft and two sets of bearings. I went to the post office to pay the customs fees and I only received the bearings and the crankshaft, which must weigh at least 20 kg.
The post office told me to contact the seller, but he doesn't reply. On the DHL Ecommerce tracking it says (delivered). What should I do?

given the weight of your items, it should be easy to check on delivery whether the weight is the same as what was expected when purchasing...
