Worldwide Relay parcel not collected by the buyer and supposedly returned
Hello,
A buyer didn’t pick up their package and, according to Mondial relay, on ebay, it was sent back to me and delivered.
On the carrier’s website, tracking stops at the buyer’s pickup point.
So I have no idea where it is.
Does anyone know what I should do? Thanks.

The parcel is being sent back to the pickup point where it was dropped off ..
Have you checked the tracking directly on Mondial Relay's website?
