Worldwide Relay parcel not received
I opened a claim with eBay because I had not received my parcel. I then contacted the seller and told them that I had not received the parcel; the seller told me that they would contact Mondial Relay and keep me informed. So I closed my claim and still no parcel since then … what can I do now??

You made the mistake of closing your request before having received your parcel or been refunded...
Given that you can only have one dispute per transaction on eBay...
- let’s hope you paid by PayPal, which would leave you the option of opening a dispute for item not received on your PayPal account...
Otherwise... it seems you’re out of luck, if the seller has no intention of following up...
Nevertheless, and in the event that your purchase was not received...
- if your seller is a private individual, you may be able to take action by sending them a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt ... and if the reply is unsatisfactory, you contact the clerk’s office of a local court if the amount is worth it...
- if the seller is a French professional... alert the DGCCRF after telling the seller that you are putting together a file...
All of this should get this little world moving..

You definitely shouldn’t have closed the dispute: there’s nothing more to do on the site now (only 1 dispute possible per transaction).
You’ll just have to check with your payment provider to see whether there’s still any recourse...
