Mondial Relay parcel that’s wandering around
Package from Mondial Relay that’s going around.
Mondial Relay sent my package to Marseille even though the buyer lives in the north of France.
The address was correct, though.
I called Mondial Relay customer service to report the problem.
For a while the package came back to a sorting center and then went back to Marseille.
I called a second time to ask them to send the package to the address provided, but the package is still currently in a locker in Marseille.
I think there’s a problem with the QR code.
Can you tell me if you’ve had this kind of problem?
Did the package finally reach the recipient?
Were you able to retrieve the package?
