Hello, and thank you in advance to those of you who may be able to help me.Following receipt of a non-compliant product, I submitted a return request to the seller, who accepted it.They sent me a return label via UPS. I tried to drop off the parcel in a locker, however the lockers were all too small, so I had to take the parcel back with me.Unfortunately, I closed the locker and the parcel is now considered dropped off.Could someone advise me on the steps to follow to fix this?Have a good evening
