Summary: jeanpaul5618 ordered two products on eBay without being logged into their account and deleted the confirmation email. They are having difficulty getting help from eBay because they are not receiving a response after providing their email. *miss-tigri* advised using a link to eBay’s help center for purchases made without an account.

I ordered 2 products from a seller who never shipped the package however I did not use my account by mistake I made an order without being logged in and I deleted my email from the order
when I ask ebay to find my order and resend the email I enter my email and I haven't had any reply for several days
so it's impossible to contact ebay customer service without this info
