Undelivered package

I bought a shirt from seller Elfre-8532 on June 3rd, with the package supposed to be delivered by the post office before June 7, 2024. No tracking is visible on the app, and the seller has not responded to any of my complaints to date.
Ebay seems to be powerless and gives no follow-up to my request for intervention.
