This concerns shipments via Mondial Relay: what should I do when the recipient doesn’t come to pick up their parcel within 8 days at the planned PointRelais and Mondial Relay sends the parcel back to me.The recipient paid for the item and its delivery.But I believe the seller has no obligation to pay for delivery again when it was the recipient’s (buyer’s) responsibility to collect their parcel within 8 days, especially since I sent them the following reminder email on 27-Dec-23 at 12:36: "Hello, I have received several messages from MondialRelay indicating that your parcel no. XXXXXXXXX is available at the YYYYYYYYYYYY pickup point since 21-12-23.Hurry up and go pick it up at this pickup point!Have a good day, Best regards, Hervé"but no response from this buyer!What do you think? Thanks in advance.
