Package not collected by the buyer despite my messages
Hello, I sent a package and notified the buyer in 3 messages that the package had arrived at the pickup point. He isn’t responding and isn’t going to pick up the package. What else can I do besides keep following up again and again? What will happen?

The pickup point will send the package back to you.
You will notify your buyer of the return and----->
offer them a return in exchange for payment of the return shipping costs...
If there is no response within the time frame you set...
you will refund the buyer the amount of the transaction, minus shipping costs.

OP1 week agoThanks for the response. However, I find it unacceptable that the seller should have to pay for the buyer's mistakes. I'll look for another platform for secondhand sales and not eBay anymore, which I'll avoid (like many others, then)
