Package not picked up by the customer
Hello
Need some advice. I sent the order to my buyer on time at a Mondial Relay pickup point. He did not collect his parcel within 7 days, so the parcel was returned to me. I’m offering to send it back to him (shipping costs at his expense)
So now the buyer is asking me to refund his order (by message, he did not make a request through Ebay)
What would you do?

It’s up to you to choose > knowing that he has 30 days to open a dispute for item not received
You can cancel the sale > refund him and you’ll still receive your commission
