Package not received
No package [Reference]. Hello, package not received. I paid 45 euros and 200 euros in parts and it has not arrived. The seller does not reply. I lost 245 euros. Please please refund, arga thank you

The package arrived, but there were fees (probably customs), which you didn’t pay, so the package was sent back to the sender... For your information, it still stayed pending for more than 10 days.

It's up to you to open a dispute for item not received: you have 30 days from the delivery deadline to do it.
