Subject: Item not received: Please tell me the email address for eBay so I can contact them, because they say they can intervene under buyer protection in the event an item is not received.
On another order, I asked to cancel the sale because of an error in the delivery address a few minutes after placing the order the same day. The seller refused the cancellation because the cancellation request deadline had passed, 3 days later, and he didn’t even confirm that he had at least changed the delivery address
It’s awful trying to untangle all these problems; I feel like buyers are completely being cheated in these transactions. I’m truly disappointed by such treatment.
