Hello everyone,
Following a big order, according to the seller the package was delivered.
My question is, should the seller have had me sign a delivery receipt for my purchase. Around 820 euros.

Did you pay the postage for a registered delivery with signature required?

Have you checked the parcel tracking on the carrier's website?

If it says it was delivered, then you need to file a complaint with them (the carrier).

Hello, I paid the shipping fees, VAT, and transaction fees.
I submitted a request to eBay for them to step in, because I don’t know anything about it

if tracking shows a "delivered" status, it’s going to be very complicated...

Hence the need to contact the carrier as soon as possible.
