Hello I ordered an item from the United States, and it was sent to me in two packagesI received the first one, and after checking my eBay tracking, both packages show as received even though that is not the case for the second one After looking into it, it seems the second one is being held in customs, so I need to provide an invoice that the seller does not want to give me, explaining that it is eBay's job to provide it to meI looked, and I can't find any way to contact them directly in order to resolve my problem
