Hello, I'm worried, I placed an order for a car radiator that comes from Australia. The problem is that the seller says it has been delivered, even though on the delivery tracking you can see that the package has never left Australia!!!
Has this ever happened to anyone and did you manage to find a solution?

The parcel is probably stuck in customs .

When the estimated delivery date has passed,you can open a dispute process :
