undelivered parcels

I should have received this parcel before 11/04/2024, but I still haven't received anything. I paid the shipping costs, which brings my order to more than €24, so I believe I have the right to be delivered on time!!!
I also believe compensation is in order!! parcel number:204502923905. I ask you to please do something, especially since it was for a birthday THANK YOU, my trust is gone

Have you checked the package tracking?
You’ll be able to open a dispute for an item not received once the deadline has passed, so on 12/4 :

"some compensation is required" = what you’re asking for doesn’t exist, the refund can’t exceed the amount originally paid.
