Parcel not collected by the buyer and returned to my home.
Hello, I sent a parcel via Mondial Relay but it wasn't collected by the recipient in time, so the parcel was sent back to me.
How can I charge the buyer shipping fees again and print a new label to return the parcel?

This can't be done via eBay: agree on a payment method with the buyer to reimburse the shipping costs, then you'll need to buy the shipping label directly on the Mondial Relay website.
