Lost package
Summary: airsh0pp sold AirPods on eBay, but the buyer claims they did not receive them despite the delivery confirmation. airsh0pp is looking for advice on how to resolve the issue and get a refund for the buyer. koalagris advises refunding the buyer if there is no proof of shipment to the correct address and suggests registering as a professional seller for better compliance.
Hello. I recently sold a box of AirPods on July 4 and it was delivered to the person on July 11 around 11 a.m. However, the person tells me they didn’t receive anything, despite the fact that the order is shown as delivered to them, on the date I entered above, and the shipping service I chose keeps telling me that the latest information they have is that the package was delivered to the person on July 11 at 11 a.m. I’m trying to ask them what delivery address was entered, in case I made a mistake, but they aren’t replying to me.
I don’t know what to do, I’d like to get my money because I have no news about my box of AirPods, and neither does my buyer, and I’d like my buyer to get their money too. How can we both be satisfied? How do I contact eBay for this kind of problem (I couldn’t find any section mentioning this problem or allowing me to contact them directly)
Thank you for your reply.

Mentor1 year agoHello @airsh0pp
Without proof of shipment showing the delivery address, all you can do is refund them.
Also, think about bringing your account into compliance by registering as a pro seller, since you only offer "airpods" (or similar) in quantity:
