Package lost by French post coming from VIETNAM. What can I do?

Hello, I bought an item in VIETNAM via EBAY and paid by bank card

The parcel arrived at the post office near my place, but they can't find it.

How can I get a refund?

LAPOSTE are telling me that it's the seller who has to file the claim. In other words, it's dead ....

It is indeed up to the seller to file the claim.

Open a dispute, see under "EB warranty" at the bottom of the page, and ask the post office for a certificate stating that the parcel was lost.

The seller is responsible for ensuring their package is delivered properly ..

You request a refund from the seller, who will need to file a claim with their delivery service
