Good evening, I had placed an order for printer cartridges in December 2024. Since I hadn't received the cartridges on time, I reported it, because I thought the package might have been lost during shipping. I just received the package today and at the same time a message from Ebay saying I was going to be refunded. I don't know how to contact Ebay to explain to them that the problem is not with the seller, given the postmark date. I would therefore also like the seller not to be penalized and to be able to keep what I paid them for the purchase.
