Parcel received and marked as delivered but apparently still waiting to be picked up at the pickup point
Hello,
My whole purchase went well, I received my package, which I went to pick up at a Mondial Relay pickup point. The only issue is that it says on my Ebay account that it is "ready for hand delivery" and the "picked up" box is not checked. What should I do? I contacted the seller and he knows that I received the package.

That's strange because if it's "hand delivery," logically there's no shipping.
and in that case the buyer receives a code during payment, a code they must pass on to the seller.

OP1 year agoYes, that's strange. Yet my Mondial Relay tracking number is visible on Ebay and on the Mondial Relay website it says that I did indeed pick up my parcel.
