Hello, I sent the parcel to the buyer but the tracking letter was not enough for sending the parcel. So I had to pay for another, more expensive tracked shipment. On this latest tracked shipment, it clearly shows that the buyer received the parcel. However, on the tracking letter generated by eBay, it says it is still in transit. I sent a message to the buyer who told me that he had not received the parcel and now he no longer replies to me. How can I get paid or have the parcel sent back to me? Thank you Best regards
