Empty package received
I received my package via Mondial Relay but it was empty when I opened it!
The seller is telling me that I need to complain to Mondial Relay or file a claim with eBay
But I can’t manage to make this claim… I can’t find where to do it

You have nothing to reproach the seller for, who did their job since your purchase was sent... and unfortunately received empty...
Indeed, you need to take the issue up with the carrier.
