Hello, I received a package in my name at my address from eBay USA even though I never ordered this item. Useless item, as it's not the right size for any member of my family. I don't understand.
What is difficult to understand and/or accept....--->
a) - that an item reaches you without you having ordered it----> how can the seller then know your address...???
b) - that an item can be sent from the US without it being paid for and/or without postage being paid...
Check your email/spam folder to see whether you may have received a message regarding some purchase made without registering on the site---> Buy without being registered | eBay
It may also be that someone around you wanted to give you a gift.... Find out...
This link also gives you the instructions for returning the item to the seller if said item doesn't suit you.... but the return shipping costs are your responsibility.
