Parcel returned to sender

Hello,
Following our last phone conversation to allow me to receive and send messages to the seller (as my account was blocked) I am sending you this message again. The seller tells me to check with you because he sent me my parcel, which never reached me. It was supposed to go through a pickup point, but the delivery was not made because my pickup point did not receive it and my parcel was sent back to the seller. Now I would like to get my parcel and the seller is ready to send it back to me, but he does not want to pay the shipping costs again.
What should I do?
Otherwise, I would like to be refunded if that is simpler for everyone.

You're on a forum here, you're not addressing EB.
If you want your purchase, you'll have to pay the shipping again.
