Hello everyone,I placed an order on eBay for an amount of over €50. On Monday, the mail carrier came by, but I received a message saying they hadn’t found my address. I immediately went to the post office that same day (Monday) to find out what would happen to the package.The receptionist assured me that the mail carrier would leave the package at the post office at the end of their Tuesday route and that I could pick it up directly. I made it clear that I wasn’t available on Tuesday and asked whether the delivery needed to be rescheduled. She replied that it wasn’t necessary and promised me that the package would indeed stay at the post office so I could pick it up on Wednesday as promised.On Wednesday, when I went back to the post office to pick up my package, the same receptionist told me that it had been returned to the sender… as early as Tuesday! Even though she had assured me it would stay at the post office.Since then, I’ve contacted the seller to explain the situation and asked whether they could resend the package to me at my expense once they received it. But they’re no longer responding.I’m now wondering what my options are. Can I open an eBay dispute to get my money back if the seller no longer პასუხs? Have you ever encountered a similar situation?Thanks in advance for your advice!
