Returned package
Hello,
My parcel was returned to me due to non-receipt at the pickup point (Locker 24/24) by my buyer.
I contacted my buyer and he replied that he had not received any SMS/email telling him that his parcel had indeed arrived at the pickup point (Locker 24/24).
So how can I send it again? What should I do?
