package returned broken
Hello, my parcel was never presented to the recipient, it came back to me broken
the woman at the depot told me it was better to pick it up anyway
now Mondial is telling me they can't do anything anymore because I picked up the parcel
I sent the photos they asked me for
I find that very dishonest on Mondial's part

"my package was never presented to the recipient" = what reason does MR give to explain the return on the online tracking?
If the Mondial Relay tracking states a return to sender due to damage, you need to press their customer service to get compensation, since the package couldn’t fix itself during the return, unless the damage occurred during the return...
"the lady at the depot tells me it would still have been better to pick it up" = the best thing would have been to note reservations about the condition of the package anyway (but of course that didn’t suit her).
eBay won’t be able to do anything for you about this: delivery isn’t their responsibility.
