Bonjour. I was expecting a parcel from Colis Privé. According to the tracking, it would have been delivered while I was at work. When I got home, it wasn't in my mailbox, which is too small. None of my neighbors picked it up, and besides, there is even a sign near the mailboxes asking all delivery drivers not to leave parcels at the bottom of the building because of recurring parcel thefts and disappearances. I was not offered any way to pick it up at a pickup point. I reported my parcel as not delivered but unfortunately the tracking shows otherwise. The delivery driver must have just dumped it down there and had it picked up by the first person who came along. The seller replied that they would request an investigation from the carrier, but the delivered parcel status will of course work against me. I am unable to get a refund through eBay. I paid almost €200, so needless to say I am absolutely not at ease about this purchase. Would anyone have any advice to help me get out of this situation. Thanks in advance for your responses
