Colissimo

Hello everyone, I'm a beginner so forgive me in advance if my questions seem naive :
-I just sold an item to be shipped to Rome, I did tick international delivery with Colissimo, but I can't manage to create the shipping label, it only offers me a TNT pickup for more than €250!?!
-can I send the package directly by post without going through the printing of the shipping label on the EBay platform?
Thank you for your replies, kind regards.

Hello @jeanchrpro-45

"can I send the package directly by post without going through the creation of the shipping label on the eBay platform?" = yes, you will then just need to enter the tracking number on the eBay order.
