Hello, I’m being forced to use Colissimo even though I clearly chose Lettre Verte. Same for the buyer, they also chose Lettre Verte. But nothing can be done: despite trying the weight and size simulations, it’s impossible to get a Lettre Verte shipping label. Has anyone had this problem before, please? Thanks in advance 😉
Nothing requires you to go through eBay's postage platform.
But be careful: it absolutely has to be sent with tracking (otherwise the buyer would only have to claim non-receipt to be fully refunded). That is why green letter postage can under no circumstances be offered to you by the site.
Remember to update your listings still online on this point (simple letter mail is not appropriate for sending an order).
So you go to the post office website to pay for a tracked letter shipment, after which you send it and enter the tracking number on the eBay order.
