Hello, I sent a parcel at my own expense via Colissimo to a drop-off point at the beginning of July, the parcel wandered around for many days and after a claim it was finally delivered to the depot. In the meantime, the buyer left negative feedback for our account, parcel never received... He is no longer communicating with us. The buyer was notified of the delivery but I don't think he will go to pick up the parcel. Could you tell me whether the parcel will be returned to me, and if so, at a cost? Will Ebay ask me to refund the customer? He has not made any request. Thanks for your replies!
