Good evening, I bought some anti-parasite collars that are actually a counterfeit of a major brand and come from China. I made a return request and it says the listing has been removed (not surprising since it's counterfeit from China). I requested a refund, but how do I find the seller if there’s no longer a listing, and moreover how do you return a product to China? The return shipping costs are going to cost me a fortune. Thank you for your reply.

Your Chinese seller if no return slip > contact him and threaten him with a negative review and ask for a full or partial refund

If you had done that,you would have seen that he was in China and that he had a bunch of negative reviews for fake necklaces🥴...

anymore by not buying on Ebay. What's more, what is Ebay waiting for to kick this
**bleep** seller out? Certainly because Ebay makes commissions and
therefore becomes complicit!

Mentor2 years agoIsn't there a saying "if you want something done right, do it yourself" ?
If the rating system exists, it's not for nothing: you should always check a seller's profile before buying (that's the basics), it helps avoid a lot of disappointments.
No one here is endorsing this seller, of course, but the best protection you'll have is, above all, your own vigilance, by using the tools the site puts at your disposal: it's never a good idea to trust blindly...

You are registered on eBay.fr and your seller is Asian and does not depend on eBay.fr.... for your complaints against him you need to go to eBay Asia and file your claim there, so that he can be banned or revise his products...
If he lists them on ebay.fr it's because he has a subscription for an international shop....

Uh... I fear you are aiming at the wrong target...
Ebay is only a platform that brings buyers and sellers together...
Furthermore, it is clearly stated in the listings that the seller is responsible for their information...
Do as you wish, of course... but when you put forward so-called truths, they also have to leave no room for contradictions..

the % correspond to renting space on servers and also to pay the company's staff.. but not to take on responsibilities that aren't his...

As for the return... it's obvious that if the amount of the shipping costs is higher than the price of the product, it's better to send nothing and do a vertical storage...
For pet products.. it's better to talk to your vet, who will be able to advise you best for your pet's health.

OP2 years agoHello, I made a refund request and here is the response: "Buy a return label from the carrier of your choice".
Sending a package back to China, not even worth thinking about.
Ebay has a reputation for buyer protection, I don't see where it is??? impossible to get in touch with them... I've been using scalibor collars for my dogs for over 20 years, I don't need to go to my vet for that, this product sells for around €20 and on ebay they're less than €15 which seemed advantageous to me but for a counterfeit product it's very expensive. In short, I am very disappointed with Ebay. Regards
