LED shower column
My shower column is still under warranty, the LED system has broken down (no more temperature, no more light). I sent several messages through my 2022 eBay order, but they have gone unanswered.
How can I get German after-sales service support since the seller is German.

Ebay doesn't sell anything and therefore has no after-sales support; the site only offers to mediate disputes during the 30 days following delivery, nothing more...
So this is a problem between you and your German seller (possibly with the manufacturer if you have the invoice).
