How long is my pro account going to take to be verified?

Hello everyone , I have a quick question
I’m a new seller on eBay I set up a pro account so far so good , but when I try to list my items online it says my account still needs to be verified .

I wanted to know how long it takes before I can finally post listings and start selling ?

I saw it, but I have some ads that won’t switch to ad format. They tell me they still need to verify my account, is that normal, do you think?

I thinK it's solely up to the site, and since we don't know what you provided them and in what format, please be patient...
