I ordered a car part and the seller put the FedEx tracking number. It's been 5 days and there hasn't been any update. When I contacted FedEx, they told me he hasn't requested a pickup for the package, it hasn't been handed over for delivery, and when I contact him he tells me it has been sent
It is the seller's responsibility to make sure the delivery is made within the expected time frame, because you entrusted them to do it by paying the shipping costs.
If possible.. stop the private email contacts... do them through the buyer protection the site offers (see link above)

You must have a delivery deadline on this order...
When it has passed (or if it already has), you do what it says in this link-------> Get help for an item that hasn't arrived | eBay
