hi, I'm new to ebay and I don't understand how it works at all, I'm used to other sites but here I'm lost and I'm not comfortable with the internet, so I sometimes make mistakes and I receive emails from ebay telling me that I haven't paid invoices but that's not intentional on my part, I'm at risk of penalties, what should I do? best regards

If you have two unpaid purchases in 12 months, you risk no longer being able to bid, simply put.

"what to do?" = pay for what you bought...
"I don't understand anything about how it works" = you need to read the T&Cs
