Hello, the seller is making it difficult for me to send me a return label, I ordered a silver phone and he sent me a white one. When I asked for the return he asked for my email address claiming that it is necessary to send a return label. Since I told him that normally all exchanges are done on the Ebay site, he is now claiming that silver is the same thing as white.
