Order placed that doesn't show up on my account

Hello,
I placed an order, but it does not show up on my account.
I did receive the package, but it turns out I had to send it back.
To do that, I used the links received by email.
The problem is that I am not able to track the return of the package or even inform the seller of the return.
For your information, the order was placed on my phone and with the same address as my account.
I’m trying to find a way to contact a human at Ebay to give them the delivery numbers in order to get an answer, but it’s complicated....
Can anyone advise me?
