Hello, I made a purchase on ebay without being registered on the site on March 25, 2026. I received the confirmation email for my order as well as the invoice. Delivery was scheduled between May 1 and May 8. As of today, I still have not received any delivered order. I discovered with the order number that there was no tracking for this order. As a result I have no information about this order which seems to have been sent but in the end I doubt it. Of course it's impossible to contact customer service either by email or by phone. I think I was scammed by the site and I have no recourse since it is impossible to let them know about the situation.

I will no longer order on this site, which is not capable of ensuring its deliveries or informing its customers.

I lost €20.52 but I will have to pay again to buy my remote control in another store: double expense for nothing.
