fake order
Hello,
I ordered AirPods Max that are fake unfortunately, it's impossible to contact eBay, they tell me I have to send the item back, I don't understand anything about their process, I thought I understood that fake items are banned on eBay so why am I not simply getting a refund??? and why is it impossible to get an agent
