hello, I placed an order that I haven't received, I'm going around in circles on eBay customer service pages, I have no delivery status, no response from the seller, what should I do? is there an eBay phone number please?

Has the delivery deadline passed?
If yes, follow the procedure: you have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to open a dispute
