Hello, I have a small problem: not remembering that I already had an eBay account, I placed an order as a guest buyer, but when we enter our delivery information it asks us for an email address, which I did. After the order, I received an order confirmation email saying paid and indeed charged to my credit card. The next day, another email from the seller and at the bottom of the email it says that eBay sent a message to…. It is indeed my name that appears, but not the right eBay login details.

Without having opened my eBay account throughout the process, I click on the order link in the email received, i.e. order details, which takes me directly to my eBay account but no purchase appears, I do a search for the order or purchase with the order number but I get a red message saying order not found

What can I do besides contacting eBay, because I wrote to eBay the day after my order, that is June 20, but no response at all

When you place an order offline.... you need to rely on what is indicated here-----> Buy without registering | eBay

If you received this, as you write -------> " I received an email confirming the order mentioning payment and actually made on my credit card,"

This is the important document, it is the acknowledgment of your order..... the rest is robot babble that throws you off...

By buying offline from your account, this purchase will not risk appearing there... so leave aside everything that does not relate to the completed transaction.

On the other hand, you can ask your seller for your order tracking number by using the information in the order acknowledgment included in it.. If you can't get this number... you have, in any case, an estimated delivery date on your transaction...

If by chance you are not delivered by that date, you do what is here----- > Get help if you bought an item without registering | eBay

Thanks, that’s nice for a constructive reply so quickly, but I was
also wondering why in the second email it mentions
that they sent a message to gag-??? hello, when my username is indeed
magag3323; the 2 have the same email address, but if I try to open the
gag-??? it opens my magag3323 account

Anyway, I have to wait until July 8, the delivery deadline, because when
I click on the order details I have no tracking number and the
information has not changed since my order

Yes, because it's the only way you have to deal with this transaction...

- if the delivery is made.... = everything's fine

- if the delivery isn't made... = you start hostilities... and while the time allowed by eBay passes, the parcel may arrive, in which case you stop hostilities.... and if it's still not there, .. well, you carry on...

So... a little patience...

- but couldn't the 15 or so days ( July 8... .) you mention be due to a purchase abroad...??..

If that's the case... you wait around 8 days after the delivery deadline to possibly take action.. there is a delay in customs clearance.

It’s a purchase that ships from California and is delivered to me in Quebec

When I placed my order on June 19, I received the confirmation email with the
same estimated delivery date as my order, namely July 2 to 8
