Order not found without registration, despite several attempts using different methods

Hello, I ordered an item without being logged into my account (by mistake). The payment was sent by my PayPal to the seller.
I did receive a confirmation email with access to the order details. By clicking the "view order details" button in the email, a page tells me "Order not found"
I tried sending myself the order details 3 times here:

by entering my first email, my second email for logging into my eBay account, then trying with the order number. I received no email, not even in spam.
I also tried contacting the seller, without success, no response either.
I have no more solutions, and I don't think I went through a fake site (PayPal indicates payment to Ebay S.a.r.l). Thank you for your help

otherwise you can always open a dispute on PayPal if you receive nothing (you have 180 days)

OP2 years agoThanks for your help, I've already looked at this page to find solutions.
If I don't get a response from the seller and if I don't receive the order, I would open a dispute on Paypal, thanks again.
