order never received
hello, I received an order confirmation email, I was also charged and debited from my account, but I never received the order I placed in July, estimated delivery date between August 11 and September 07, I think I have been patient enough, now that I am making a complaint I am being told that my item number does not exist. I would like to be refunded

the account you are posting with dates from August 11. So if you placed this order in July, you definitely were not logged in with it. See this link:

OP2 weeks agoHello, thanks, but I’ve already tried that link and when I enter the order number or the item name it tells me it doesn’t exist.
When I go to the confirmation email and click on the link, it just says delayed but without any explanation, and I’m fine with that but it’s starting to take a long time… I ordered from another seller while signed in this time, but I’d still like to get a refund for the one I never received, registrator
It’s the seller who sold me the part, it’s a timing belt kit

when you follow the procedure in the link, you must not be logged in with the celb71 account since that is not the account you used to place the order.

you said: "When I go to the confirmation email and click on the link, it just says delayed but without any explanation and I don’t mind but it’s starting to take a long time"
From there, why can’t you open a dispute for item not received?

OP2 weeks agoI’d like to know, because it directly tells me that I need to log in. I can’t even contact the seller, I can’t do anything, I’m stuck. And when I try to make a claim without logging in, it tells me that my item and order number / item don’t exist

the procedure is precisely meant for purchases made without being registered. So there is no reason for ebay to ask you to log in.
Start the procedure over from scratch, and if needed, contact customer service.
